AgentAxis Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how AgentAxis (“we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application available on iOS and Android (the “App”).

We collect the following types of information when you use AgentAxis:

  • Account Information: name, email address, and profile details.

  • Authentication Data: Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or email/password.

  • Submitted Data: information you choose to upload (e.g., listings, descriptions, media).

  • Device & Usage Information: device identifiers, log data, app interactions.

  • Payment Information: processed by LemonSqueezy; we do not store card details.

  • Diagnostics: crash reports, error logs (via Firebase Crashlytics).

  • Optional Data:​

    • Push notification tokens (for app alerts).

    • Location data (if you submit it, e.g., for property mapping).

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the App.

  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.

  • Process purchases and subscriptions.

  • Communicate with you about updates and support.

  • Monitor performance and fix issues.

  • Comply with legal requirements.

 

3. How We Share Information

We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Firebase (authentication, storage, analytics), LemonSqueezy (payments).

  • Legal Authorities: if required by law or to protect rights.

  • Business Transfers: if we merge, acquire, or sell assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

 

4. Payments

Payments are securely processed through LemonSqueezy. Your billing information is handled directly by them under their policies. We only receive confirmation of payment, not full card details. LemonSqueezy handles payment data and is subject to its own privacy and security practices.

 

5. Data Retention

  • Account information: kept until you delete your account.

  • Submitted data: kept until you delete it or your account.

  • Crash/usage logs: retained up to 12 months.

  • Payment records: kept as legally required.

 

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your account data.

  • Request a copy of your information.

  • Opt out of marketing communications.

  • Withdraw consent for optional data (e.g., location, push).

We take reasonable measures to protect your data, including:

  • Firebase security rules for data access.

  • Regular monitoring for unauthorized access.

No system is 100% secure.

Our App is not directed to children under 16 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us to remove it.

 

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries outside your residence (e.g., United States, EU) by our providers like Firebase. These regions may have different data protection laws.

 

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. Updates will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
