AgentAxis Terms of Service

Welcome to AgentAxis (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AgentAxis mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using

the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

 

1. Use of the Service

  • You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use AgentAxis.

  • You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

 

2. User Content

  • You may upload information, images, property listings, and other materials (“User Content”) to the Service.

  • You retain ownership of your User Content, but by uploading, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and use it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

  • You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and rights to your User Content.

 

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • AgentAxis may offer subscription-based access.

  • Payments are processed securely by third-party providers (e.g., LemonSqueezy). We do not store your payment details.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

  • Refunds, if any, are handled in accordance with our provider’s policies and applicable law.

 

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious purposes.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its networks.

  • Upload harmful code, spam, or unauthorized advertising.

  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.

 

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may also stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account.

 

6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

 

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
